Terrible attitude. This was my third time renting a car overseas, and it was the worst experience. The company's female staff member had no professionalism. After failing to provide the pre-booked vehicle without a valid reason, she unilaterally changed the reserved model, pushing for a more expensive car. After I refused, she offered a low-configuration car at the original price.

It's okay. Everything went smoothly. Nothing worth mentioning. But it's unclear how the toll charges are calculated, maybe there will be a bill later?

The staff were patient and enthusiastic, and the pick-up process was smooth. The car was in good condition.

The car rental company manager helped us change to a suitable car because we had a lot of luggage. Very friendly service.
