Pickup and drop-off went smoothly. However, there were three issues: First, the staff gave me a Honda Jazz hatchback instead of the Toyota Vios sedan I had booked. For similar cars, it should have been a sedan. After insisting, they gave me a Honda City sedan instead. For those who understand cars, the rear space is completely different between these two models. A reminder to everyone, insist on getting the model you booked or an equivalent. Second, the car was not provided with a full tank of gas. Being in a foreign country, to avoid unnecessary trouble, I had to add more fuel to ensure the tank was full when returning it. Third, after the car was driven for 2 days, the battery was dead on the third morning, even though the car had only 15,000 kilometers on it and was practically new! I couldn’t reach the rental company by phone and had to seek help from the hotel staff to jump-start the car, then drove for half an hour to report the issue at the rental office. This wasted time, and I was worried the car might break down on the way. Aside from these issues, I was overall satisfied. QEEQ’s customer service is very responsive, addressing queries promptly. Thumbs up!

The service staff of the car rental company are excellent. Their service is very enthusiastic throughout the whole process, and they always have a smile on their face. Even for someone like me who doesn't know a single letter of the alphabet, I successfully rented and returned the car under their very patient guidance. It was a perfect experience.

First, when they gave me the car, it had scratches and a cracked headlight. Fortunately, I noticed and asked them to document it, but the staff didn’t seem to care about inspecting the vehicle carefully. Second, they only informed me that a collision would cost 8000 THB, and didn't mention other important details like no smoking in the car or no eating durians. It's a complete scam! Third, when I returned the car, they were much more thorough than when they gave it to me. The car was clean and had no odor. I smoke, but I always smoked outside the car, so some tiny ash particles might have fallen inside, which is unavoidable. They claimed the car had a smell and charged me 3210 THB for cleaning. Even calling QEEQ didn't resolve the issue. Traveling like this is really frustrating! I advise everyone to stay away from this rental company!
