We purchased full insurance with zero deductible, but after returning the car, the rental company charged 6600 lira from our credit card without our consent. The rental platform has yet to resolve the issue and seems to have no control over the rental company. At pickup, the store aggressively pushed other models and charged the card without informing us.

Avoid! Avoid! I advise everyone not to choose GREEN MOTION just to save a little money. They doubted my credit card and refused to give me a car without any explanation, even though my money was deducted. Rent-a-car customer service was good and helped with offline rentals, and the app is fine. You can pick other companies, just avoid GREEN MOTION!
