It took about an hour a half to receive the car there was a backlog of customers at the facility at Heathrow. The car trip meter was not put to zero but I only realised this after I had set off in the car.
Rude unfriendly staff. Systems down but no alternate way to complete the booking. Waited for 2 hours and then had to cancel. They were unfriendly were looking forward to cancel the booking. Huge queue
Like: Good cars, free. Dislike: My car was not washed and clean up inside (rubbish inside- crips everwhere, grapes, empty bottle and dirty outside). They said they were busy and had no time to clean the car...but they gave me an upgraded car.
