Enterprise is very convenient as their station is the first one right outside Terminal 2. I rented a Passat but they upgraded me to a fairly new Mercedes. Returning the car was also easy at Terminal 1, as there are service desks at both terminals. You can take the elevator to the departure level after returning the car. The only downside is that the staff speak English too quickly and keep trying to sell insurance and GPS rentals, even though the cars are usually equipped with it. Renting a car is quite necessary when traveling in Germany.
Pretty good overall, but they were quite pushy with upselling. We kept saying we didn't need it. The Frankfurt counter was a bit further away from the others, had to walk a few extra steps.
Overall, pretty good. Changed the pickup location last minute, and the service was still very accommodating.
