Tracy, the staff at Auckland airport counter, had a very bad attitude. The rental agreement stated that the car rental fee included the airport facility fee, but at pickup, the staff rudely claimed she couldn't read Chinese on the reservation and insisted on charging NZD $51.97 for the airport facility fee. Multiple explanations were still not accepted, and even emailing the rental company didn't help.
The Zuzuche app and public account showed that the pickup was at the international terminal, but when we arrived at the counter, we were told that the pickup was at the domestic terminal, and we couldn't complete the paperwork first. We had to run back and forth, and it took us almost 2 hours to get the car. The instructions from Zuzuche were unclear and unprofessional.
The only thing that is annoying is the rude front desk staff of thrifty. Being a frontline of a company, he should be courteous and accomodating.
