Waited in line for over two hours to pick up the car. The staff had a very poor attitude and aggressively pushed additional services like roadside assistance and ETC. The car had only half a tank of gas at pickup, and the final bill was $140 more than expected. This company is not trustworthy, be cautious.

Not bad. There's a shuttle bus from the airport to the rental car company. Just a short wait, and it goes directly there. The staff were very friendly and everything was orderly. The only issue was that there were quite a few people in line. We had to wait for almost half an hour to get our turn.

Overall collection service very poor. Wait at airport for transport = 15 minutes. Wait at counter for car = 60 minutes. Car allocated had only small amount of gas - wait to exit LAX rental area = 30 minutes. Overall over 2 hours to collect car
