The return inspection is extremely strict. They use a flashlight to meticulously search for tiny scratches and small damages (some of which were not recorded and normal people wouldn't even notice). They found one small chip on the windshield and demanded to replace the entire glass, demanding an immediate payment of £900. It's blatant fraud! (I complained to their customer service and requested a re-inspection, they said they took it to a repair shop to polish it). If you had bought their insurance, they wouldn't be so strict with the inspection. The next client who doesn't buy their insurance will be in trouble. It's a despicable practice!

Don\'t rent from this company just because it is cheap. The company\'s value is also extremely low. I rented a Citroen at Gatwick airport. At pick up, they did not thoroughly check the car with me. I parked the car for most of the two days (which was part of the reason I decided to rent from this company, I never rented a car from such an unknown company). At return, they checked extremely thoroughly and found a very fine scratch. They verbally told me there will be a repair fee of around twenty Pounds. Plus, I was in a rush to catch my flight, so I didn't fill up the tank all the way, which added another ten Pounds or so. Altogether, there was around thirty Pounds to pay. As I was about to miss my flight and the amount was quite minimal, I told them I would just pay it. I put forty Pounds cash on their desk, but they said they don\'t accept cash. So I used my credit card and left. A couple of days later, I found out that they had charged 324 Pounds on my credit card. I asked the booking aggregator to verify the charge, and they came back saying the rental company said that was the correct charge. I will never use this company again and advise everyone not to use this company. Do not be tempted by the low price. This company's values are as low as their prices. I rented a Citroen from this rental company near Gatwick Airport. At pick-up, they were very impatient in checking the car with me. During the two days in London, I barely used the car, and nothing happened (this was one of the reasons I chose this obscure rental company). During the return, they checked it very carefully and claimed to find a very fine scratch, which would cost over twenty Pounds to repair. Since I was about to miss my flight, I said I wouldn’t argue with them and would just pay. I took out forty Pounds cash and put it on the desk, but they said they don't accept cash, so I paid with my credit card and rushed to my flight. A few days later, I discovered they had charged me 324 Pounds. Upon my return, I contacted them via the booking site, and they replied that a scratch over ten centimeters requires such a charge. The scratch was so fine that you had to look extremely closely to see it, and it was definitely not caused by me. I will never use this rental company again, and I advise everyone not to use this company.

We waited at the North Terminal bus station of Gatwick Airport in London for a while before a shuttle from the rental company picked us up. The car pickup process wasn't pleasant. My husband’s Chinese license translation wasn't accepted. I showed my UK license but was told it would cost £15 to call and verify its authenticity with the DVLA, although they didn't ultimately charge the £15. The staff had a very bad attitude. Also, because I bought full insurance from Zuzuche, they said it wasn't valid, and any scratch or minor issue found on return would result in a £2800 charge to my card, leaving me to claim with my insurance company back home. We drove very carefully and argued with each other a lot. Luckily, there were no issues when returning the car. I’ve learned my lesson and won't choose a rental company with low rental fees but high insurance excess again. It spoiled our trip's joy.

“Not as expected.”

Car booked was a Volvo V40 but greenmotion gave me a renault captur (not the same level) Car was dirty inside. They charged me extra 86£ (for administration costs) because I got a PNC for driving in London congestion charge zone on Monday 05/08/2019. They did not even gave me the opportunity to manage it myself and not informing me during pick up that I will get a PNC if driving in the city center. When I returned the vehicle they tried to convince me that some marcs in the wheel and one marc in the door were made by me (the ones in the wheel were already there and the one in the door is almost not visible and for sure made by another car in a car park. Honestly I cannot confirm if the door one was already there or not because is hard to see it).

They gave me a car with a lot of damage to one side even though they have plenty of other cars. We missed one bus because it took a while finding out which bus stop at the airport they do the pick ups from. This SHOULD be in the email
