It took two hours to resolve the issue through the platform’s customer service, placing a new order and negotiating a refund for the difference. I bought full insurance on QEEQ, so I had to be extra careful not to buy it again at the office, which was exhausting. My poor English made it difficult, and I had to message QEEQ to confirm everything each time. The staff didn't have the patience for that. It might be less tiring to buy insurance at the office. I haven’t compared the prices, but you often end up spending extra money on trips. It’s hard to avoid.

Not bad. There's a shuttle bus from the airport to the rental car company. Just a short wait, and it goes directly there. The staff were very friendly and everything was orderly. The only issue was that there were quite a few people in line. We had to wait for almost half an hour to get our turn.
