I reserved a Mercedes C, and although I didn't get it, I would have been okay with a similar model. Instead, they downgraded me to an SUV, which is very unreliable. I booked this more than half a month in advance, and it still happened. Eventually, I found an Avis offline by myself, and they offered me a 5 Series at the same price. The online service is truly unreliable.
I booked a car for a one-way trip, but found out they made a mistake at the drop-off time. Fortunately, after communicating, someone came quickly to retrieve the car, so my trip wasn't delayed.
Overall, it's pretty good. The only issue was that the staff at the store gave different information about the policy and pricing for one-way rentals compared to what was on the website. Fortunately, there were no errors at checkout.
