I reserved a Mercedes C, and although I didn't get it, I would have been okay with a similar model. Instead, they downgraded me to an SUV, which is very unreliable. I booked this more than half a month in advance, and it still happened. Eventually, I found an Avis offline by myself, and they offered me a 5 Series at the same price. The online service is truly unreliable.

The service was good, but the gentleman's English was a bit awkward, which led to some misunderstandings.

The attitude was good, but the location is too hard to find. Please stop drawing maps if you can't do it right.

The car rental company was excellent, providing attentive service. They upgraded our vehicle because we didn't have enough space for our luggage.
