The car was fine, but the German lady at the rental office was extremely grumpy. Just arriving in a foreign country and not yet accustomed to the English environment, I was slow to respond, and she was incredibly impatient. She misread my order and I had to argue with her for over half an hour until another employee came and sorted out my order. Due to the additional half-hour, I was charged for an extra day of rental. I asked for a refund through the rental platform, and also disputed the charge with my credit card company. When neither route seemed to work, the rental company proactively refunded me for the extra day. Lifelong fan of this rental platform.

Very good, the car was new and the entire trip went smoothly. The only issue was that I had to wait at the rental counter in Frankfurt airport, and the process was a bit slow.

The reserved Golf was not available, so I was given a diesel Nissan Juke. The car was in good condition, had good handling, and was fuel-efficient. Avis's car pick-up and drop-off at the airport were quite convenient, and their service attitude was decent, though the wait time when picking up the car was a bit long.

It was a new car with only 3000 kilometers, and being a diesel car, it was powerful and fuel-efficient. We only spent less than 200 euros on diesel for 2200 kilometers. The seven-seater was spacious for five people, and the luggage space was ample, making it perfect for long trips.
