1. Delayed car pickup with a bad attitude. 2. Numerous after-sales issues after returning the car, especially when booking through a third-party platform. They shirk responsibility and make unfounded charges, repeatedly charging misconduct service fees without any proof. 3. Many hidden issues: firstly, due to the domestic rental platform acting as a middleman, and secondly, neither the rental platform nor Avis could provide sufficient evidence for the so-called violations and violation management fees. Users are inexplicably charged on their credit cards! There is no way to complain or appeal!

Very good, the car was new and the entire trip went smoothly. The only issue was that I had to wait at the rental counter in Frankfurt airport, and the process was a bit slow.
