At the passenger pickup point in front of the terminal, a car arrives every 5 minutes. The driver was very enthusiastic and helped us load our luggage. It took 5 minutes to get to the rental place. There were three counters handling cars; the staff were very welcoming and finished the pickup procedures for us. They asked if we needed insurance. I presented the insurance I bought on QEEQ, which was the most comprehensive one. After checking it, they said it was fine and directed us to the backyard for the car pickup. In the yard, we showed our car pickup slip to the staff, who pointed to a range of cars and told us to choose any one in our rental category. We picked a newly washed car.

They tried to get us to upgrade to a Camry, and their attitude soured when we declined. The person at the garage was very polite and friendly.

Beware of this shady company! The staff charged me for expensive insurance without informing me and tricked me into signing for it, which ended up being more expensive than the rental cost itself.

The car we booked was not the one we ended up with; the management was very casual. Additionally, the deposit refund was very slow.
