Some staff at the rental company had an average attitude, while others were okay. The car's condition was average. At first, they upgraded us to a larger vehicle, which we thought was a nice bonus, but it turned out the larger car was hard to drive and had frequent issues. The parking sensor in 'P' mode was broken, making it hard to park properly at one point. We reluctantly drove over two hours to exchange the car. During the exchange, we spent a long time negotiating back and forth, and the replacement car immediately showed an engine oil replacement warning. We had to spend another half a day dealing with that, which was very exhausting.
Very satisfied, friendly attitude, no upselling, and the paperwork was done in just a minute or two. What's more worth mentioning is—they gave me a Chevrolet Equinox SUV.
