Overall, we were very satisfied with the car. It has a large space, and we were able to fit three 28-inch suitcases in the trunk.

Staff were relatively patient, but there was no Chinese service. For customers with poor English skills, the experience was quite bad, as their needs were not met. Especially with the child safety seat, the model and style were not usable, and no one helped with the installation.

The waiting time in line was quite long, and the staff's attitude was average. The English accent in Quebec was hard to understand!

We had to wait for a very long time for the pick up of the car.
