After returning to my country, I was charged five times. Contacting Zuzuche (the rental service platform) resulted in over a week without any reasonable feedback. I had to reach out to Europcar myself, where I was informed that three were for traffic violations and two were for toll fees, totaling 2000 RMB. However, upon checking Dubai Police and Dubai RTA systems, I couldn't find any records of traffic violation fines! Zuzuche also failed to provide any proof of the authenticity of these fines. Therefore, I am extremely dissatisfied with both Zuzuche and Europcar.
The car was dirty, smelly, and scratched all over. This is not what one expects when renting a car. Furthermore, it was the first time that the credit card was required to be in the same name as the driver.
