It's okay. It felt like an eternity walking from arrival to the car rental location. The staff's attitude was mediocre late at night. Unfortunately, my flight landed after midnight, and despite email communication with the platform, the Europcar desk first denied receiving any email and then insisted on charging an extra service fee. Honestly, I understand the policy, but as a loyal Europcar customer, I just have to vent a little about this Munich Airport location.

Good service with no hidden fees. They gave us a different car when we picked up the car early, and we added 40 euros.

After returning the car in Munich and boarding the train to Frankfurt, I realized that I hadn't returned the keys. I proactively called to ask if I should send them back via DHL from Frankfurt or return them to Europcar at Frankfurt Airport. After a while, the branch called back, insisting that I must come back immediately and take full responsibility for any consequences. I explained that I had an international flight connection and couldn't just jump off the train. They kept insisting that I return immediately or face huge fines.

They tried to sell me their full protection after refusing two cars with dents and scratches. One should be more careful when collecting the vehicle and should do a full check-up before getting in trouble when returning the vehicle. When staff would try to warn you if you do not take their full protection insurance while the other staff would try to blame you on scratches you did not make when returning the vehicle. Just be cautious and smart when dealing with both kinds of staff.

En la recogida en el aeropuerto de Munich, el personal fue muy antipático y cortante, aunque eficiente. En el interior del coche había restos de comida, y de algún líquido pegajoso, pero lo dijimos y nos lo limpiaron antes de salir. El punto de recogida no estaba en donde ponía la documentación, y necesite cuatro llamadas para que me diesen una nueva dirección. Esto me hizo perder tiempo y consumir gasolina, pero no me penalizaron por ello.
