The price for the car upgrade was very reasonable, just an additional $25 per day.

They persuaded us to buy extra insurance when picking up the car, costing over $100. When returning the car, they tried to charge us an additional fee for returning at a different location, which was already included in the order. In total, they overcharged us by more than $200.

I waited in line for twenty minutes. At the counter, I wasn't informed about the extra insurance they added. Later, I noticed unexpected charges and realized they had added all the extra insurances without telling me. The staff at Avis never mentioned it to me.

It's alright, fairly satisfied. I would choose them again if I have the chance.
