Due to communication issues between Zuzuche and Hertz, I didn't get the car at all. I waited for two hours and had to rent a manual vehicle from Europcar at a higher cost. Extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Hertz and Zuzuche!

１台目の車（Fiat500L）のオートマ性能が低く、数日後、再度来店してその旨を伝えたところ快く別の車（Ford EcoSports）に交換してもらえました。予約時の車（Fiat500X）のグレードが同等かどうかは分かりませんが、良い車でした。
