The service was good, but despite returning the car with a full tank, I was still charged for fuel on my credit card after returning home. I'm not sure why this happened. They didn't ask for the fuel receipt when I returned the car, and it was charged long after I had already thrown the receipt away, making it impossible to prove.
We underestimate our luggage size thus we have to lower the rear sit (30%) to accommodate the luggage. Since it is manageable, we did not ask for a change. Otherwise everything is good.

Maybe the e-platform could provide some guidance on the car boot volume since we might not own a car in our home country or the available car may be of a different made.
