Based on various reviews online and my personal experience, it's the typical Italian way of doing things. The efficiency was decent, the staff were quite laid-back, but everything worked out fine overall. Communication was fairly smooth, although using a translation app was necessary. The car provided was a CHR with great features, and it drove very smoothly.
Cannot reach them by phone. Unsure if it's because it's Sunday or if it's always like this. Tried calling to ask about accident procedures but no one answered.
