I was forced to buy additional insurance without my knowledge, and over 200 euros were charged to my credit card without reason. Awful service! I didn't even get the Volvo I booked.
We already bought insurance from Zuzuche, but when we picked up the car at the French branch, they tried to sell us additional insurance. We didn't sign any contract, yet 10 minutes after picking up the car, they charged us over 250 euros. This company is a scam. Don't use Budget's cars in the future. Also, be aware of the store clerk named Simon; he's the one who tricked us.
They didn't inform me about the insurance when picking up the car, only mentioned the deposit. In the end, they charged me 3599.82 RMB for insurance. It's a rip-off! Currently appealing to the rental company.
We got Ford Focus station wagon, which was an upgrade from the booked car.
Did not receive the instructions how to enter "rental return" part of the Paris CDG Terminal parking, so ended up in the public car park.
