The entire process went smoothly without any issues, and I received a brand new car. Remember to clean both the interior and exterior at the self-service car wash when returning the vehicle. Buying a €5 wash token from the machine is sufficient; don't buy extra since it’s non-refundable. Extra tokens can only be taken back home as souvenirs.

First, they said there were no cars available and suggested an upgrade for an additional 29 euros per day, but ended up charging 110 euros for the last two days. The charge included an airport service fee, which was never mentioned.

Poor attitude, the car had issues, and they were annoyed with us. We had a 9 AM reservation but no car was available. Waited 2 hours to get the car.

The store usually changes cars. There's generally no need to pay extra for a car upgrade. For cars of the same price, check them first. The service attitude is good, especially the staff at the car lot who are very friendly.

Returning the car was convenient, the young man handling the return was friendly, and the inspection was quick and straightforward.
