The car was generally ok, but cleanliness need to be improve, the seats are dirty (esp at corner/edge of seats) and inside the car with many ants running around

It’s good, esp with insurance coverage, peace of mind, recommended to many friends who are traveling, but apps can be improved, need few attempts to successfully login through gmail (which a bit frustrated), and speed searching can be even better, overall is good
Since it’s a large rental centre, there were many people waiting... the staff that service me had good English....
The car had about 25k on the odometer and it appears that the car hasn’t been cleaned well
Like: There are professional guy who can speak english and guide us. Well done! Dislike: Nothing much, just we cant get the car we reserve for but they do provide other similar car for us
