The service of this company is extremely poor. After chatting with some Italian customers, almost none of them rent from this company. You must find the local address on Google Maps and have detailed address information matching the ID number. How can Google Maps have all the domestic data like Baidu Maps? This whole mess took an hour.

It wasn't expensive, about 58 euros, so it didn't really matter since my hotel had parking. When returning the car, they check it as usual. I was very careful, and Italy is quite orderly without any dangerous maneuvers, making the drive enjoyable! Renting a car for a self-driving tour in Italy was really enjoyable. At Milan Airport, the car rental company's office is on the first floor below the arrival hall, following the arrows. After completing the paperwork, they give you the key to pick up the car from the parking lot. The car was very clean. When returning, follow the signs for car hire, which are very clear. Slow down a bit to see them and follow the directions to Parking Lot B. Park in the same spot where you picked up the car, then walk a few steps to their office. The return process only takes about 5 minutes. I had bought a lot of mineral water that I didn't finish and left it for the rental company. The staff was very pleased. A small gift can be nice sometimes. This time, I was always careful to avoid illegal parking in Italy, and speeding was my only concern since everyone drives fast. However, driving at the speed limit might hinder other cars. If there were no violations, the trip would be perfect! They held a 400-euro deposit. It didn't seem like a pre-authorization because it wasn't released even after returning the car. I'll wait for up to a month to see if it's refunded. If not, I'll have to contact QEEQ customer service. Overall, this company is reliable for renting a car. Very professional!
