Although there's no dedicated reception, the staff at Enterprise were very responsible and provided a lot of suggestions and points to note.

I'll skip the minor issues, but the most serious problem is that this car rental company randomly charged my credit card, overcharging me by more than 600 euros. They couldn't explain why this happened or where the extra charge came from. Is charging customers arbitrary? If so, running this business must be easy. The counter attendant was extremely unhelpful and had a bad attitude, almost as if I owed them something. Overall, the trip was great, but the car rental experience was terrible. There won't be a next time.
