The Alamo staff were enthusiastic and answered all my questions. Miguel at the parking lot had a great attitude when I returned the car, and the young lady at the parking lot during pickup was also very friendly and patiently addressed my inquiries.
I am very satisfied with the car rental company's service, especially Sarah's reception and assistance, which brought many pleasant surprises to the trip.
Overall satisfied. Self-driving allowed us to visit attractions less frequented by tourists, enjoy delicious oysters, and see adorable Shaun the Sheep.
