It was a little hard to find. The car had plenty of scratches and dents but the agents marked them down - even the smallest ones.

Great prices. Much cheaper than booking directly by 25-30%. Really Good support when I wanted to extend the rental. Prompt & efficient.

The staff is kind and helpful with efficient pick-up and drop-off time.

Nice car overall good experience. Advice to improve. Remarks upfront in details that there is a 10,000baht deposit (cash or card) to be paid during car collection. Faster car return progress. Called before 5 mins to return the car but staff only show up 20 mins later.

Excellent car rent company with easy process and really good stafg

The service at National was good. No issues there. Quick check-in, then waited just a while to be brought to the carpark to inspect and pick up the car. The car was just alright. It was a bit scratched up and was a 1.2L so it was tough getting up some of the hills in Phuket. I had rented cars in Phuket before and it seems that the local agencies had newer cars.

Easy comparison for car rentals, resulting in great value. Also, the car insurance costs are reasonable too.
