Did not have any Van's available upgraded dodge Durango that was returned while waiting did not have time for them to clean. Needed more help van drivers Julio and Concetta friendly overall ok would have preferred airport pickup couldn't beat price. All things considered not bad
Routes staff lied about pickup time and why it took so long, 1hr after flight arrived in 90 dry heat. Car was on E and was supposed to be full. Under staffed and most didn’t know what to do. Drop off was not available at flight time so had to drop off night b4 and Uber back to hotel and then to airport next day. Extra $90
Like: Give us an upgraded car for no extra price due to what they had available. Fairly priced. Dislike: Wait time. Was worried about being late for my plane.
