The counter staff were unhelpful and didn't assist with car pickup or provide vehicle information. The car itself and the interior were generally fine but were covered in minor scratches. When I reported this, they just told me to take photos for evidence without providing any vehicle information for comparison. For returns, they just told me to take photos and drop the key in a box, without checking the car or asking for the car number or whether it was returned on time. This gave me no sense of security and made me feel vulnerable to being scammed. It also seemed like the car wasn't cleaned properly, as if it was handed directly to the next customer after I returned it.

I booked a Toyota Corolla sedan, but they gave me a Hyundai i30 hatchback. These two cars have different prices!

We tried to drop off the car at 12.55pm on Saturday, 4 Jan in their city location but they refused to accept the car as they close at 1pm. We had to pay parking fees of 25$ over night due to that.

Dislike: Info from Easyrent not clear about passing on the rental to Europcar. Made it confusing when picking up car.
