Low pickup efficiency

Very good, both picking up and returning the car were very convenient. It's a big company.

Everything worked like perfectly. The right car was ready promptly and the return was efficient, friendly and flawless.

There was one man working, a line of people out the door, and unhappy customers everywhere. The first car they put me in was completely unclean and stank terribly of cigarette smoke. I had to ask for a different car, as I am a singer. They said they only thing left was this crappy Kia that had not been cleaned and had no gas. Because I was in a hurry after waiting an hour, I had to take it. What a mess.....

Like: Rented a 7 passenger vehicle but there was no way 2 or 3 adults could ride comfortably in the rear seat.
