There was only one employee at the counter who prioritized members, so I had to wait for an hour. I booked a RAV4 but got a Ford Edge instead. Despite having already paid through the platform, the store charged me again. It's been over a month and the platform still claims they are negotiating a refund. I don't understand why!

Dropping off was not a pleasant experience at all. I had to slightly change my drop off date, to an earlier date, but AVIS wanted to charge a higher rate for dropping off the car early.
About QEEQ: 10.0 /10
Qeeq was a pleasant experience through and through. I saved a lot of money and my booking went through flawlessly.

AVIS provided an old Jeep instead of a Ford Escape as I booked. Similar, but the price should be different. The condition of the car is acceptable, but lower than our expectation. The counter stuff looks like not happy to serve.
