There were some minor issues during pickup, couldn't find the car in the parking spot the first time.

I rented a car at Boston Airport. After getting off the plane, you can take shuttle bus 33 or 55 for two stops to reach the car rental center. Very convenient. The Hertz signage is big and noticeable, and the staff was very friendly. There was no line, and the process was quick. They initially offered me additional insurance, but after I told them I already purchased full insurance from QEEQ, they didn't insist.

Over booking on convertible none available at pick up time took over an hour to locate one

Only issue was the writing on the passenger side window and several small scuff marks on the Evoques body. Would have expected a bit better external detailing for a high end SUV
