It was okay, I'm used to Hertz, so their car models are generally reliable, but this time the car was the worst I've ever used. When picking up the car, I noticed multiple scratches on the body and a barely noticeable dent near the trunk. During the last two days, it seemed like the tire was leaking air, and the tire pressure warning kept activating. I contacted QEEQ but didn't get a clear or satisfactory response. Fortunately, the leak wasn't severe, so I managed for two days. When returning the car, the leaking tire still had more than half of its pressure left.
Rented the car at the airport, the booking process was easy and fast. The car was new and in excellent condition, and the return process was simple and quick.
Like: Pick up was so easy! We were able get the same car we own so didn’t have to get used to it. Drop off was a breeze too. Dislike: Nothing!
