The billing from the car rental company was completely different from what was advertised on the website. They inexplicably charged us more than three times the original price. My friend rented the same car model from Avis, which was more than half the price compared to Hertz. Also, the Hertz San Francisco Airport branch didn't have the Mustang model at all. I really don't know how your company is coordinating with them. The experience was terrible.
The service lady was not enthusiastic and impatient.
She was not diligent, I didn't rent a GPS but she included the charge in the bill, $67.
Unprofessional, no one knew how to set up the GPS in Chinese, initially wanted to rent but then cancelled.
Pushing unnecessary insurance even though I already bought comprehensive coverage.
After all, it is a big company, very professional, and the efficiency of car rental and return is very high. In the US, renting and returning cars is convenient and fast. The staff suggested insurance but respected the customers' choice.
