Even early in the morning, there's a queue right after they open. I didn't get the Alfa Romeo I booked; they gave me a hybrid Toyota instead, and the deposit is higher than other companies. The inspection form didn't carefully record all vehicle scratches; luckily, I noticed and made them add two more. Otherwise, returning the car would have been a disaster. This was the strictest car return inspection I've ever experienced in Europe!

Picking up the car was smooth. When returning the car, the staff had already left, so I had to use the self-service return, which caused some trouble. Fortunately, it was resolved successfully.

I booked auto car but they said they dont have auto so I should pay more for bigger auto or just same amount but smaller auto or I should go for a manual car even if they mentioned it is auto.
