What a TERRIBLE experience. I waited with dozens of other people for 90 minutes!!! Totally unacceptable. And the manager was clearly uninterested in the situation. We didn’t get the car we rented but I just couldn’t wait any longer. I will not rent from Budget again.
The explanation for the additional insurance service was inadequate, and the communication wasn't smooth. When I tried to clarify things afterwards, they blamed everything on me. Their customer service attitude was poor.
This rental ended up costing more than USD$900 with no clear explanation. This is outrageous and I have received no assistance whatsoever from multiple employees at your offices in Bologna Airport and Milan Malpensa Airport. The amount far exceeds our agreed contracted to price without any justification.
