The service staff of the car rental company are excellent. Their service is very enthusiastic throughout the whole process, and they always have a smile on their face. Even for someone like me who doesn't know a single letter of the alphabet, I successfully rented and returned the car under their very patient guidance. It was a perfect experience.

They were a bit late compared to the scheduled time, almost causing us to miss the car rental. Also, we rented the car at 9 PM and were asked to return it by 7 PM the next day.
