The car was in poor condition, full of damages. The pre-authorization of 1,100 euros was directly charged 26 days after returning the car, without any documents or communication. Now I have to resolve this through Zuzuche.
Arrived at the depot and left waiting for more than 30 minutes. After loading our bags into the car we discovered it had a flat tyre. Moved bags into a second car then discovered the power outlet didn't work.
Transferred bags to a third car and found that one of the headlights was blown; had to wait >60 mins while they took the car to the service station next door to replace the headlight.
All up more than 2 hours to get a safe vehicle.
The Lancia Ypsilon's interior layout is unconventional, which makes the dashboard, speedometer and other controls not very functional for the driver.
I also found that the Surprice staff examined each car's condition with a magnifying glass, so to speak, compared to the other Greek car rental companies I've used, which seem unconcerned about minor scratches etc.
