Very satisfied, everything went smoothly. We had an accident where someone else hit us, but since we were rushing to catch a flight, we didn't handle it and just left. They handled the car return without any questions. Love it! From now on, I will always buy full insurance and recommend everyone to get full coverage as well. Driving in unfamiliar places can be risky.

Extremely satisfied. At around 3:00-4:00 AM, the staff proactively contacted me. We waited for our luggage for almost half an hour, and they waited there too with a very good attitude! The car is what we expected. Pick-up and drop off are smooth and fast. Checking the vehicle together with the staff. They will tell you where are the previous dent or scratch mark and you took photos first. They spoke Chinese very well.
