Pick-up and drop-off were quick and smooth with helpful staff. The condition of the car was not top notch, but good enough for our purpose.

Horrible experience returning the car - I almost missed my flight / the staff was not there / the telephone number did not work / i waited for more then 1 hour / In the end asked for help from another rental company kiosk to kindly take the key and just before i was departing the staff showed up with no explanation

While I return the car, the fuel was a little less than full. They charged me 650 baht whereas it should be not more than 100 baht.

The car was in a good condition. The pick up and return processes were just simple and easy.
