They pushed for insurance sales, didn't have the same car model so I had to upgrade, and I was charged twice for the one-way drop-off fee. Be cautious when making payments.
The car rental company is convenient, professional, and responsible. Picking up and returning the car was especially easy. The staff, Lence, provided exceptional service. The car was very new and clean.
The service attitude was great. We scheduled to pick up the car at 12 PM but arrived early. The staff was very helpful in checking if there was a car available for early pickup.
