Europcar is a large company. On the day of pickup, there were quite a few people in line, but I got the car after waiting for about ten minutes.

The service from Europcar was quite satisfactory!

Since we arrived in Frankfurt on an early flight, there were two groups before us, and we waited for a while. I had booked a seven-seater car. The customer service offered us a five-seater Volvo going back to Zurich with a 450 Euro one-way rental fee if we were willing. Considering our comfort, we decided to stick with the seven-seater we originally booked.

Very unsatisfied. It's been four months since my car rental, and they still haven't addressed the issue of overcharging. The car didn't have a navigation system, but they still charged me for it. They also claimed there was a scratch on the front bumper when I returned the car and said they needed to assess the damage and charge me. Four months have passed, and there's still no conclusion. The overcharged fee has not been resolved either.

Multiple counters, no need to queue, and smooth communication.
