The staff at the rental company were very friendly. Despite the long wait, they were very patient! Highly commendable, and the car was in good condition.
The store provided us with a car whose right front tire's safety line was completely worn out. Such tire conditions would lead to a blowout within two or three days. The next day, the tire did blow out, and luckily it happened when we were starting from a stationary position! If it had blown out while driving at 100 km/h, the consequences would have been unimaginable. This rental company is truly irresponsible. Is it safe to assume they only replace tires when they blow out?
