When I went to pick up the car, even though I arrived two hours late, the car was prepaid, so I had the right to use it. However, the staff told me the car had been rented out to someone else and I had to book a more expensive SUV instead. Being unfamiliar with the area and the language, I had no choice but to book the SUV. A local friend who came with me to pick up the car told me that online car rentals are not cost-effective. However, the SUV was quite good, only 10,000 kilometers driven. Returning the car was also very convenient.

The vehicle was very new and clean when we picked it up. The staff at the counter were very friendly, leaving a good impression.

I just don't know when the $100 deposit they deducted when I picked up the car will be refunded.
