I am very satisfied with the overall service. Always check reviews before going out; they can be very helpful. Service at counter was slow and not polite. I got a vehicle much smaller than I ordered. Then had to sign form that there are no scratches on the vehicle I never saw. Sever safety malfunction of front wheels swerving right. And to finish return is only at terminal 2 Frankfurt while no paperwork says it so.
This car rental company is terrible. Avoid it!!! The car had no engine oil when I first drove it. The deposit was charged directly instead of being held.
The location is not clear I spent a lot of time to reach to their office even after asking information staff
