The staff said if we accept email billing, we can just leave. Otherwise, we need to patiently wait in line to handle it on-site. It really relies on trust and honesty.
The store boss was very nice. I made a mistake and forgot to bring the original driver's license, which meant I couldn't pick up the car. The location is convenient, service is professional, and the efficiency is high. The car condition is good and picking up and returning the car is easy. However, the upselling was very aggressive and hard to refuse. I was forced to upgrade the car model because they said the original one couldn't fit my luggage. I was also convinced to buy emergency assistance insurance. I guess I'm too soft-hearted.
