The location was easy to find, the service was great, and the car performed well. Charging an electric vehicle in Australia is very convenient, with many free slow charging stations available.

The service was good, but I didn't receive the pickup address. I called the rental company to resolve the issue.

The guy who picked us up from the airport was very helpful and even helped with the luggage.

Staff were friendly efficient and thorough, over all an excellent team you have there, I have already sent you two more clients and will be tell many more through the course of my travels,.I was slightly annoyed that the petrol wasn't full as promised, however I did ensure it was full when I returned it. (if there was to be one complaint that would be it)

No experience with price drop etc, I was happy with the price I paid.

Th car condition is great! Almost a brand new car. But the bus pickup location is a bit hard to find and one would need a phone to call them for pickup.
