Very convenient, got an upgrade to a big Jeep. It was a new car with only over a thousand kilometers, at the original price. The car rental place is popular, and the service is quite good.

There was a long wait time to get the car key after the registration is complete. None of the staff cared about telling how long it is going to take to give the key.

The car was not in great shape. There was residue from stickers all over the car and the side windows. The interior could have been cleaner. Counter staff was not friendly and difficult to understand. The Routes service location was dirty, in poor repair and garbage was strewn all over the ground while staff were sitting around. Not a great impression or great experience.

Location was just a bit hidden but overall it was good. still waiting for the 500 cad deposit to clear.

Like: although it takes a bit to get there from the airport via pick-up service. It was a very good price for the SUV I had reserved so this extra time was ok for me. It's a reduced to the max rental place with office in a Container, but everything went smooth! top Car, friendly & helpful staff and a little upgrade. Thank you Routes Car!
