Overall, it was okay. The car was too old, with mileage over 100,000 km, and the wipers were not working properly. I had to drive a long way to get them replaced by the owner. In domestic car rentals, you usually don't get such old cars.
I used to always rent from Budget or Avis, but often had to wait in long lines and the car model was unknown, which isn't very friendly for people who aren't good at driving! The specified model option here is excellent. It was my first time driving an X5, and it felt very smooth.
